“No Hassle” Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from VIRTAVO:
You have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from VIRTAVO amazon store can be returned to our warehouse. VIRTAVO products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Returns must include all accessories, items must be undamaged & new, items should include the original packaging.
For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs, VIRTAVO refunds the cost of the product itself.
If you believe you’ve received a defective product, please contact us at support@virtavo.com, and speak with a Tech Support specialist. Or, you can simply complete our in-app support request form and we’ll respond quickly with assistance or provide you with a replacement.
Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Returns may be rejected if product doesn’t meet the above requirements.

VIRTAVO warrants all the products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase when the product is purchased through an authorized seller. VIRTAVO agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt. VIRTAVO does not warrant our products against general tear of or damage as a result of misuse, modifications or improper maintenance.
